Just two weeks later he earned his championship when he was awarded WD/BOS (over specials) for a 3 Point Major at the Trumbull County Kennel Club Show!
Charlie's strongest features include his excellent foot timing, clean sound movement both coming and going, and nice sidegait. He is a natural athlete and is always in hard working condition with little help from us. He has a striking balanced profile with equal amounts of front and rear angle. He has a wonderful neck to shoulder blend with proper shoulder layback. His topline is solid either stacked or on the go. Charlie has a nice tail carriage and tail set. He has a beautiful head with a soft expression. He has nice width of muzzle and backskull with plenty of stop. He also carries coal black pigment year around. Charlie has a short dense coat with no wave to it. His coat is basically wash and wear and requires little maintenance.

Charlie's temperament and personality are true to the breed. He is friendly and outgoing. He is confident without a trace of aggression. In the house his favorite spot is across our laps on the couch! He enjoys the company of dogs as well as people. He is very curious which often times gets him into trouble! Outside and in the show ring he exhibits a wonderful and friendly personality.
Charlie's oldest kids are under 1 year of age and have just started their show careers. Already many of them are showing they have what it takes to follow in Dad's pawprints! Thank you to the many breeders across the country that have included Charlie in their breeding programs. Refer to our litter listing page for information on future Charlie babies!
